1. About 168Job.my
168Job.my is a Malaysia job listing and recruitment information platform. We help job seekers discover job opportunities and help employers or recruiters publish hiring information. Unless clearly stated, we are not the employer, recruiter, employment agency, or hiring company for the jobs listed.
2. Job Listing Information
Job listings may include job title, company name, location, salary range, job type, experience level, language requirements, contact details, job description, and hiring information. Employers and posters are responsible for keeping listings accurate, lawful, updated, and not misleading.
3. Job Seeker Responsibility
Job seekers should carefully review each job listing before applying. You are responsible for confirming salary, working hours, job duties, benefits, location, contract terms, and hiring requirements directly with the employer. 168Job.my does not guarantee that any listing will result in an interview, offer, employment, or successful placement.
4. Employer and Recruiter Responsibility
Employers and recruiters must provide truthful job information and valid contact details. They must comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws, hiring rules, privacy requirements, and fair recruitment practices. Only users aged 18 and above may post job listings or register as employers.
5. User Accounts, Profiles, Applications, and Communication
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, including profile details, company information, resumes, contact details, and job application content.
When you apply for a job or contact an employer through this website, your information may be shared with the relevant employer or job poster. Any communication, interview, offer, employment agreement, payment, or dispute between job seeker and employer is the responsibility of those parties. 168Job.my reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use 168Job.my to post or promote:
- Fake or scam job listings
- Illegal work or unlawful services
- Discriminatory, abusive, adult, offensive, or harmful content
- Misleading salary, company, or contact information
- Spam, phishing, malware, or suspicious links
- Content that violates another person’s rights, privacy, or intellectual property
7. Third-Party Links and Contacts
Job listings may include phone numbers, WhatsApp links, email addresses, employer websites, social media pages, or other third-party links. 168Job.my is not responsible for third-party websites, employer communication, external content, or transactions outside our platform.
8. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We try to keep the website useful, accurate, and available, but we do not guarantee all information is complete, accurate, updated, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 168Job.my is not liable for losses or disputes arising from use of the website, listings, applications, interviews, or third-party links.
9. Personal Data (PDPA)

2. Maklumat Iklan Kerja

Majikan, perekrut, dan penyiarnya bertanggungjawab memastikan maklumat kerja tepat, sah, terkini, dan tidak mengelirukan.
3. Tanggungjawab Pencari Kerja
Pencari kerja perlu menyemak setiap iklan kerja dengan teliti sebelum memohon. Anda bertanggungjawab mengesahkan gaji, waktu kerja, tugas, faedah, lokasi, syarat kontrak, dan keperluan pengambilan secara terus dengan majikan. 168Job.my tidak menjamin bahawa sebarang iklan kerja akan menghasilkan temu duga, tawaran, pekerjaan, atau penempatan yang berjaya.
4. Tanggungjawab Majikan dan Perekrut
Majikan dan perekrut mesti memberikan maklumat kerja yang benar serta maklumat hubungan yang sah. Mereka mesti mematuhi undang-undang pekerjaan Malaysia, peraturan pengambilan pekerja, keperluan privasi, dan amalan pengambilan yang adil. Hanya pengguna berumur 18 tahun ke atas dibenarkan menyiarkan iklan kerja atau mendaftar sebagai majikan.
5. Akaun, Permohonan dan Komunikasi

- Maklumat gaji, syarikat, atau hubungan yang mengelirukan
- Spam, phishing, perisian hasad, atau pautan mencurigakan
- Kandungan yang melanggar hak, privasi, atau harta intelek pihak lain
7. Pautan Pihak Ketiga dan Had Tanggungjawab
Iklan kerja mungkin mengandungi nombor telefon, pautan WhatsApp, alamat e-mel, laman web majikan, halaman media sosial, atau pautan pihak ketiga lain. 168Job.my tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap laman web pihak ketiga, komunikasi majikan, kandungan luar, atau transaksi di luar platform. Kami berusaha mengekalkan laman web yang berguna dan tepat, tetapi tidak menjamin semua maklumat adalah lengkap, tepat, terkini, atau tidak terganggu.
